Today I continue on the biblical findings related to  the verbal interactions between angels and people. I have cited eleven examples so far in which the angels initiated the verbal contact, indicating to us that heaven is always reaching out to us. Here are 4 other examples:

  1. The angel of the Lord responded to David’s prayers for mercy by telling Prophet Gad that David should set up an altar to the Lord in the threshingfloor of Ornan the Jebusite (the altar symbolized a place of prayer and worship to God) – 1 Chron 21: 15- 30.
  2. Prophet Zechariah and an angel held a conversation about Jerusalem – Zech 1
  3. Zechariah and an angel had another conversation – Zech 4, 5, 6.
  4. The angel of the Lord spoke to Joseph in a dream and told him to marry Mary – Mt 1: 20.

Blessings and have a great day.
